Can we meet you ma?
I am Gbemisola Oke Ogunsola.
Am from Osun State but raised in Ogun State.
Married to my producer and has Two kids, am a Christian and a gospel music artist.


What kind of Gospel do you sing?
Contemporary


Since when did you start doing that?
Its all started right from church choir 20 years ago, but professionally its been 10 years now.


Can you tell us your experience over 10 years of your ministry?
Its been wonderful, a lot of ups and downs though but thank God for grace so far.
Well I have come across so many people, some who believe in me and what God has placed in my hands, and these people have been very active spiritually, physically, materially, and in diverse ways which had kept me going.
But not everyone can see what you carry so I don't bother myself about some opinions, I just focus on God and my assignment.


Some Gospel artists we say that God called them to before they start. Were you called by God to do gospel?
God speaks to us in different ways, but when u are truly called you won't struggle to carry out your assignment.
And that has been my experience by the help of the HOLY SPIRIT.
Like how many song(s) have you ever since you started this?
I have 18 songs in all.
Asides the ones that I use for ministrations that haven't been recorded. I have lots of that, but officially I have done 18 tracks.


Your husband been your producer and you the artist, how have you been able to cope with your musical line alongside with your family?
Well, my submission has always been he who finds a wife finds a good thing and obtains favour from the Lord and she who also finds a good man obtains peace from the Lord. My husband is my engineer, producer and manager.
He puts all his best in the success of everything.
Well God has helped us so far to balance the situation and sincerely we haven't had any uproar as regards the ministry and our home.


How did you come about your new track EWA?
Well Ewa isn't my new track,it is actually part of the first album titled season 1. 
I shot Ewa's video because of the demand from my fans, they love the song and requested for the video.

My latest single is ERUJEJE and we are working on the video already.


How far have you been able to cope with managing the band?
Its been by d help of God.
I have great set of guys that work with me, my backups are wonderful and very understanding.
Sometime we get to go out within very short notice and they don't complain. 
My husband is the manager and by the help of God he has always been in control.


What can you say about other gospel artists, are they really singing gospel?
Well, I try to mind my business and listen to the Holy Spirit for inspiration per time. 
Everyone has his or her assignment to carry out, but I think we should listen more to the Holy Spirit, be careful with our lyrics, kind of videos, listen to yourself and ask "does this song minister to me?'
If you think Jesus our Elder brother will be happy with the song, then keep going.


What advise will you give the upcoming gospel artists?
Am still believing God too (laughs). Anyway, all i'll say is, MORE OF GOD AND LESS OF YOU. Once pride comes in nothing works again.


And what will you say to your fans and does that are yet to know how to get your songs?
I really appreciate everyone that has called, sent messages on social media, you guys rock.

‘Mu’azu’s peace talks with Obasanjo failed’

Former President Olusegun Obasanjo There are strong indications that efforts by the Peoples Democratic Party to make former President Olusegun Obasanjo to have a rethink  on his decision to stay away from the party’s activities  have failed.  Investigations on Thursday showed that Obasanjo insisted when the new PDP National Chairman, Adamu Mu’azu visited him on January 26, that Jonathan  must  honour his alleged promise in 2011 not to contest the 2015 presidential election.
