Bernard who plays for Atletico Mineiro was nothing more than another player with potential talent before the Confederations Cup this summer, but his performances over the course of the tournament claimed him a lot of plaudits and ultimately we now recognise him as one of the world’s upcoming superstars. And although I agree he is a fantastic little player and I certainly wouldn’t mind seeing him at Arsenal, the main two issues I have with the player is his valuation, which I feel is quite high, especially for an inexperienced 20 year old who hasn’t played in Europe, and the second reason is that exactly – inexperience.
