Plateau state Resident Electoral Commissioner, Habu Zarma said this during a meeting with various groups seeking support on strategies to sensitise and mobilise citizens for effective participation in elections. Issues ranging from permanent voters cards, delimitation of electoral constituents, guidelines for political parties, and lists of registered and de-registered political parties as well as the electoral commission’s strategic plan document were discussed at the meeting. The international community had called on the Egyptian state to legalise the position of the former president An Egyptian  court  has ordered the detention of ousted Islamist president Mohammed  Morsi  for questioning over colluding with Palestinian militant group Hamas to storm police stations and jails during the 2011 uprising. Morsi, 61, will also be quizzed on whether he collaborated with Hamas in attacks on police stations and prison breaks in early 2011 during the revolt against former president Hosni Mubarak, MENA news agency reported. The train hurtled at high-speed along a curve and derailed, court spokeswoman Maria Pardo Rios said Friday. The boxes record the train’s trip data, including speed and distances and braking and are similar to flight recorders for airplanes.
